Susan Slaughter was the absolute best. Couldn’t have asked for a better Loan Officer or experience. If you are using Presidential, ask for her!

Susan wis the best! I could not have asked for a more involved, prompt, knowledgable, kind, and patient Loan Officer. Anyone (including myself) is lucky to work with her!

Great communication, clear expectations, and delivering as promised.

Everyone was so easy to work with and we were able to to sign documents on line. This was our second time using Mike Hacker and his office and staff. We would absolutely recommend them to our friends and family.
