Mike did a great job. He always kept us informed and he was very open with what his overall capabilities in terms of getting us the loan. However the entire experience was not pleasurable.

Mike is just an exceptional loan officer. I've done a few purchases over the years, and every time, he's been amazing. He's very knowledgeable adn responsive.
