Brian did a great job at answering my questions and helping me to identify the best way to make use of the homebuyer incentives offered by the seller.
Great communication. Work with borrow to choose best option. Work superhard. Close on time.
Having to sign the closing documents twice because of bad instructions and the communication around all the supporting documents required to get to closing was the worst we have ever had for a mortgage
