Better communication and accountability. It seemed that our business was unimportant. if we had time, we would use a different lender despite the 20k credit from builder.
Amy went above and beyond and was super helpful and open with us every step of the way. She thinks outside the box and makes things happen! If it weren't for her drive and determination we wouldn't have been able to close on time.
