Prahl & his team were very helpful getting the documents needed for the refinance. I wish I was given more options than a 30 year loan to see if the rate would have been different. The team is always helpful & easy to work with.

The experience was easy and explained very well. When I had concerns the agent reached out and we were able to come to an understanding on what was needed.

Sabrina communicated loan status and progress regularly and delivered a timely closing, despite late receipt of third party items needed for clear to close. She worked outside normal business hours to make it happen!
