At times, the process was a little overwhelming for an older, tech impaired person like me. Maybe a little more explanation and clarity upfront would help to understand better. Brian and his team was great to work with.

Brian and his team are the best in the business. Throughout the entire process he and his team were very intentional and provided immediate answers and requests. We could not recommend him enough.

Brian was extremely responsibe and his whole team collaborated intentionally to make sure me and my fiance were getting the best deal. We felt taken care of throughout the entire process and could not recommend Brian and his team enough.

Lacked attention to detail. Multiple mistakes made in documentation. Too many people involved in the process and not knowing who did what and when. Many people asking for the same thing when already completed. The portal was a nightmare. The...

Prahl & his team were very helpful getting the documents needed for the refinance. I wish I was given more options than a 30 year loan to see if the rate would have been different. The team is always helpful & easy to work with.
