From start to finish, the refinance process went very smooth. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. Carmella & her staff made it very stress free.
Jim and the people he works with were great
Bob was a pleasure to work with. Explained everything and took time to answer all my questions.
We wish it was a different time, because we had to provide an extraordinary amount of paperwork. However, we got an exceptional rate, and were very happy to receive a nice check at the end of the process!
