Im not sure if there is much that can be done. Over all it is a stressful and time consuming experience gathering the materials..staying organized etc. if I was not working and had time that would have been a totally different experience.
Christy had made our home loan process a great experience. Other bigger corporations gave us such a headache but she guided us with ease. I would recommend her to everyone.
Brenda was always there to answer all my questions any time of the day and had a solution for all my problems , thanks to her .
