Mary Jo is professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. She guided us through the entire procedure without a hitch.
Tom was great but the Mutual of Omaha / FAR process was frustrating. The second appraiser was inexperienced, made errors, came back several times. And, despite the COVID situation, the mortgage process was extraordinarily frustrating.
