Things went smothly
The whole process was great from beginning to end. Brian kept us up to date on the status of the refi answering our questions promptly. Along the way we referred my sister to Brian and she also got her loan refinanced. Thanks!
I didn’t get the sense that Newfi had my best interest at hand. With the rates fluctuating up and down, they seem complacent to just keep the lock rate we had instead of actively looking for a better rate for me.
