Hard to pick out what made it great but you guys made the process so smooth
Patrick was so very understanding from the beginning. He talk us through everything and explained things clearly. He even helped us after business hours on a Friday.
Peggy was extremely knowledgeable and had the foresight, for which we are extremely grateful, to set us up with a HELOC instead of a bridge loan. It made the process easier & less stressful.
