I genuinely like Jamie. My problem is with communication. I feel that it could be better and that when it came to replying to my wife, it was spotty. In fact, my wife had to have our realtor explain what was going on and why.

Dave was extremely responsive. He did the perfect job of somehow making us feel like his single highest priority customer when I'm sure he was doing the exact same thing for all his other clients
