i liked how the sales manager was always in contact with us. She was able to answer any questions we had.
The communication, persistence and her professional service from start to end. We were always kept in the loop. There were no delays nor surprises. Everything was well coordinated and well explained.
Felt I had to go through much more back and forth than I did on my previous house I had bought 4 years before .... also she is not in Hilo so ade it more difficult to get things signed etc ....
