We expected the process to run quicker once a offer was placed. Definitely felt a disconnect in communication from our realtor to our lender. Time is everything and plenty of times we felt short on time and unsure if we should wait or bother...

Larry’s communication was great. I was disappointed in the funding dept. There was a high risk that it almost didn’t find on time which was concerning.

Denise and her team did an awesome job! She openly communicate throughout the process making it easier to the borrowers. Everything went smooth and she successfully help another family get into their new home!
