First of all this is not the first time having loan officer but it is the first time having the best loan officer great customer service quick respond answers question and a quick act.

Charles is professional always picks up his phone if he doesn’t pick sometimes it is in a meeting once it’s done from the meeting equals your right back very serious guy And his professional in what he does I already got three loans with him...

At times, the communication was confusing … Example.. what income would be considered….(social security income or not) … numerous follow-up requests for information that could have been provided all together indicating some disorganization.
