Luminate Bank - Naples, FL

First, I have to give the credit to Mr Rosenthal and His co workers for the smooth transition from the beginning to end.

Scott is very professional and knowledgeable. Easy to work with, quick, good people.

Working with Scott Rosenthal and his team ha been a wonderful experience. We are a military family and moving is something we do often. Working with Scott has been, by far, the best home buying experience we have ever had.

Great communication, updates and a quick closing

They explained each step and was always there to advise and assist.

Everyone was knowledgeable, available, and quick to respond.

Efficient, professional and friendly!

Scott worked with me to get the best rate and Sheri made it all come together easily

Smooth transition in all steps of the loan. NOTE: could use more personal contact with each step and not just emails and the portal. Not happy with the Title Company. They were not communicative and did not respond to some questions. The day...

Everyone was professional, courteous and friendly. Everything moved along and if there was an issue it was addressed quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the entire process. Thank you!
