Krista was excellent. There were "a lot" of issues that constantly arose. All my works with Krista have been smooth. This did not go smooth at all. And, again, it had nothing to do with Krista's service. She is amazing and kept me in the loop...

Geoff was so friendly and professional. He was so considerate of the fact that I am 85 yrs. old, and very slow with computers. I felt like he hd been a family friend for most of my life. Thanks so much to Geoff.
