Jeff and the team are great, really easy to work with and always there when you have a question or concern.
This was my first loan submission with JMAC and Jeff and Sara were great to work with and very helpful. We had a last minute closing issue and the team was able to get everything escalated and addressed in time for closing.

Usually quick to respond. If my 1st POC is not available, my 2nd POC will be quick to respond. Everyone seems to respond with a nice/positive attitude.
