Portal is confusing when uploading and viewing remaining conditions.
Closing deposrtment couldn't sent the file small enough for title to view docs and balance the CD. Caused delays in getting the final doc package.

Great response by all, good turn times, clear conditions, not over conditioned. Website and uploading documents is a bit clunky, but doable.
