    The Lender portal is very clunky and not user friendly. Ruth was 10/10 but would suggest updating lender interface

    Jodi is just awesome, however your appraisal mgt co was pretty sorry....JMAC appraisal dept did what they could but the appraisal mgt co falls short of good service
