loan representative was very informative. And kept us updated throughout the entire transaction. And when we hit a obstacle, they were right on top of it and found a solution to get the property closed.

Michael gave us weekly progress reports which made it easy to understand the process since we haven't purchased a house in over 20 years. He also gave us a detailed esatmed summary of closing costs which we appreciated.
