Luis was on top of everything from the application to the closing. He always answered the phone when I called with questions. He kept me up to speed on the underwriting process as well as keeping me on top of needed information and documents...

He communicated effectively from the very beginning. Any questions we had he was available to answer and made the over buying experience easy.

Not a fault of Mr. Munoz, but we missed two deadlines for the loan approval with conditions due to misplaced documents in underwriting that caused a great deal of stress and smoothing over with the seller.
