I was promised certain things in my refinance process, and received almost the total opposite. The process was twice as long as necessary, and communication was lacking.
Joe was very communicative and patient. He was understanding of my difficult schedule and worked around it. He made the process easy and answered all my questions in layman's terms. I only wish I had done it sooner.
