I had the pleasure to work with Jeanne, Jennifer and Lauren. They treated me extremely kind, got me the rates I wanted and we closed super fast. This is my third closing in the last 12 months but Griffin Funding has been top tier!

Joe was right on it all the time anytime there was a problem or any question or whatever he had always been emailing me and calling me so and I was returning the calls and we kept in very good contact. There was never a time when I was worried...

Joe was great!

Horrible, customer service, doesn't call back or answer messages. You give him all the information they ask for and nothing. After 2 months someone else calls apologies, transfers you to someone else and you have to explain everything again...

Lauren, Kayla and Ashley were amazing. Lauren walked me through the entire loan process. It was a success to get our first DSCR loan funded! Will definitely use Lauren and team again for the next DSCR loan.

POOR customer service. Website doesn’t work. Called, went through all my info and what I was looking for. Was told someone would call me back. No one called. Called back again before end of business PST. Not a single person that I can talk...
