Having 4 or 5 people chat me up about the same thing and getting email notifications about emails was a bit much.
They were extremely helpful and communicated so well. This was our first home so we learned a lot! They were extremely patient and answered all of our questions.
My experience overall was an 8/10. Great team to work with! Very timely and communicative. Sometimes I needed to ask clarification questions and push to receive information, but maybe that’s part of the social process between buyer and lender....
