Juan and his associates were quick to respond to my questions. All important documents were easy to access, and I never had issues.
Sue stayed in touch at every turn. She ministered to our buyer client regularly and then reached out to me to let me know how things were going. Absolutely the best loan experience in my 9 years in real estate!
