Jamie is very responsive. He is always willing to help. I don't have wait 5 days before someone gets back to me. Which I have with other companies.

I have been working with Stacy for years now. She always go to bat from my borrowers, and listens to what the entire issue is instead of drawing a conclusion of her own that hurt the loan. Top in her class and always fights for her brokers....

Kenny is always available to help answer any questions I have while I am working on issuing preapproval. Timing is so important and I appreciate that a lot.

Kelly was very easy to work with and her team knocked out many of my conditions quickly. She walked me through a lot of little things which was helpful while submitting my first loan to Freedom!

Just an observation - the loan was delayed in being purchased, supposedly, because some documents were overlooked in your system. Caused the LO's pay to be delayed for 2 weeks. Otherwise great job.
