I would have liked to have been consulted about buying points off the interest rate rather than having the decision made for me.
Mark did an excellent job. He was always available and prompt with everything. We really enjoyed working with him. Our loan wasn't the easiest, but he got it all worked out and we were able to close on time and with confidence!
