Quick responses and helpful. My only complaint was one of Mark's assistants was not very clear on a few deadlines via email, which caused some unnecessary stress. Otherwise a good first homebuying experience.
Pretty easy process. It was a little tough talking with multiple people throughout the process at times I wasn’t sure who gets or needs what information but it all got where it needed to go
