Forced us to get mortgage points, by charging us with high amount. Would not explain clearly why charging us on this even though we had good credit scores and put good amount of down payment.

Very helpful and very responsive when i asked all the questions i did.
Sundy was quick with preapproval. She answered questions for me and my real estate agent in a timely manner. When we could not get answers from the builders side she offered assistance to get the answers for us.
It was not overly complicated. I would suggest a better platform. Every time I had to login or upload documents her email address did not populate. It would take a few attempts mostly going to the browser history to find her and login. This...
