Good dialogue, explanations to inquiries and various modes of communication regarding the homebuying process.

Valerie is very professional and friendly, she is really knowledgeable about the process and she is a pleasure to work with. She always took good care of me and I will recommend her company as often as I can.

Very reachable, however there was a couple of hiccups with the handoff to closing. They recovered nicely.
