Traci went above and beyond to help our family. She communicated well, was very professional, and was caring to our family.
Michael was incredibly thorough and very quick to respond to all of our questions. He never hesitated to clarify nor did he shy away from our harder questions or various asks.
Extremely easy to work with - and quick to respond. I was hesitant to go with Tidewater as I did not have a good experience with the builder, and Tidewater is their preferred lender. But Peyton did a great job!
By far this was the smoothest refi we have done! The entire team was extremely responsive, answered all our questions, and provide sound advice. They made the entire process easy and gave us great confidence that we chose the best.
