Questions were answered quickly and throroughly, and Kristi/her team made the loan process very smooth and worked with me to have a remote closing when I wasn't available in person.

I wish there was better communication between us, the lender, and the builder. As a first time homebuyer, I wish we were given more guidance and advice on the matter. Towards the end of the process, communication increased.
