Michael makes it easy and understandable. Very good experience.
I didn't feel the personal relationship I expected more, and there was miscommunication just prior to closing with the listing agent.
Knowledgeable about specific mortgage features I was looking for. Excellent back office support throughout the entire process. Very responsive to any follow ups or issues I encountered during the process.
