Communication and availability of all staff made our refinancing pretty seamless.
I felt that the level of communication could have been better. There were times I reached out with questions about the time line for certain items.
My family and I are very happy with our house, and it wouldn’t be the case if it wasn’t for Nicole and her team making the process so easy! They very helpful and made us feel less stressful through out the process! Thank you again!
