It seems communication amongst the team was not working well
Also, at my closing when I was about to walk out the door I was stopped because there was a ques as to whether someth else was needed
Not a good sign
I’ve used a lot of mortgage companies, but they are far above the best from knowledge to resources to customer support. Brad and his wife are a power team- will use again.

preston was so kind and helpful in answering all our questions as first time home buyers. wouldnt have wanted to work with anyone else!
Nicole was very responsive. I didn't realize she hadn't done a DSCR loan which caused a few bumps along the way but she did her absolute best and her team also did amazingly.
