Not only was Ben very knowledgeable and professional with us, he was also extremely patient and answered every question or concerns we may have had. I will call on Ben again when it comes time and until then, I will refer him to others.

It was a smooth pricess from beginning to finish. Never had to wait for an answer on questions we had. I hear horror stories a lot (buying a house in general) but that was not our experience at all
