The process was simple and pleasant
Micah is always very helpful and gives honest answers to all my questions. He’s also very knowledgeable and always presents all options available. He worked with mine and my husbands crazy schedule during our refinance process.
Everyone was very prompt about return phone calls. This was especially important as both my husband and I were both traveling.
The team at Delmar Mortgage makes the process very easy.
They explain all the steps and if there are any questions they are readily available to answer them. Even on the weekend!
Everyone involved worked hard to get the refi finished, even with the IT problems of Apple/ Windows compatibility. The at home docs signing was the icing on the cake, we did not know that was possible. Thank you for everything!
