Aaron and the rest of the staff were very receptive, patient and helpful.
They made a difficult process less painful.
Stuart was overall very pleasant to work with. We had some communication issues, but I would chalk that up to my end.
When the loan processor went on vacation and the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas, things were on hold until the loan processor returned.
