You were rushed and mistakes were made. I am not in as big a hurry. Take a breath. be sure numbers are final before you ask for signature. Don't ask me to sign the same docs twice. The online portal should present newest docs first.
I was impressed with the way Edward was always there to answer any questions, and patiently helped with getting everything set up on line. His quick response to my calls and texts were greatly appreciated.
