Rita was very informative and patient with us throughout the process. She was there every step of the way. I would definitely encourage my friends and family to use Rita when purchasing a home.
Rita was great to work with. However, the amount and type of documentation required by the underwriter was ridiculous. Every day something new was required or something needed to be amended.
The requirements of the underwriter were over the top ridiculous. Having to give the last page of a bank statement, which I threw out because it said THIS PAGE INTENTIONALLY LEFT BLANK, or had irrelevant bank mumbo jumbo, was aggravating.
Kathy coached me the whole way through,she was very soft spoken,made sure I understood the whole process,she kept me up to date on everything I needed to do and how far we were coming along,Kathy was awesome. I’m happy to have had her to help...
