Tom Pike
I've worked with Tom in the past and his level of customer service continues to be second to none. Several unforeseen circumstances occurred with respect to the closing date, to which Tom handled quickly and professionally.
I had a great experience working with Mike Kammerzell and his fellow team, He’s very gentlemen with potential also friendly with he’s clients, He response client either by call or visit include weekends.
Poor communication
Lack of first time home buyer options- as discussed
Changing CD's four times in one week without communiation
Canned emails with no response from him.
