I feel like I put all the work in and had little communication back unless we reached out. This bank has changed so much , I understand guidelines have changed but service should never change .
Jonathan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable while helping us receive our HELOC! He was very easy to work with and always responded in a timely manner. Couldn't have asked to work with anyone better!
