The process was explained and the progress updated. No surprises, emergency deadlines or replicated paperwork. I've bought 2 house n the last 4 years and this was the easiest by far. Good communications along the way kept U in the loop.

I feel like I put all the work in and had little communication back unless we reached out. This bank has changed so much , I understand guidelines have changed but service should never change .
