Very unorganized and difficult to get proper communication between closing department and loan department as well as communication to realtor and title company. Then when paperwork was sent out to close, documents were missing.
Very quick process - also very helpful with new homeowners!
Dan was very responsive and friendly throughout the process! We appreciated his creative problem-solving when there was a small inspection hiccup!
