I was taken aback when I wasn’t able to combine checking accounts. It wasn’t the employee fault. Just a lot of steps for me to do to get one account.
All employees professional, knowledgeable, helpful, patient. Process was simple, efficient.
Michael is very professional, but also easy to chat with. He answered all of my questions and provided additional info/resources. He was prompt and has had very good follow up with all of my paperwork and continued questions.
The women who helped me was nice and polite. She created my new account in no time. She explained everything clearly and asked if I had any questions. Also, I got a pretty cool offer for setting up a new account.
