Manager and employees are always very friendly and helpful. They answer any questions we have and usually have a good solution when we mention some banking problems we have encountered in the past or might in the future.
Andria is such a pleasure to work with. She is so energetic and does what ever she can to make sure CIBM is the bank you want to remain.

Megan was fantastic. Very pleasant, great communicator, and was flexible in arranging the closing date & location with us and working with our limited availability.
