Always communicates, updates myself and clients. Will not hesitate to answer calls/questions at anytime day or night. Very organized and abreast of where things are at all times thru the purchase process.

I wasn't familiar with Assurance Financial and Rutherford, I was pleasantly surprised, they communicated well with all parties in the transaction, made it easy and he we had clear to close well in advance of our Monday closing.
