Minus a minor delay in underwriting the whole team that I word wit was super helpful and quick on the turn around for any information or documentatio that was required. Would absol use Aaron and his team again for any future home purchase.

The experience wasn't that bad but need more communication between the construction company, title and us when closing on the house. Everything else was easy steps.
