It is inherently a laborious and detailed process. Ainsley kept it to a minimum, exuded polite patience and encouragement, and was always professional. Kept me on track. Brian

Process was relatively straight forward. The worst part was all the last minute requests for information. That was annoying. there was plenty of time to ask for information earlier.

Whit was responsive, including late on Friday afternoons. His communication with the seller's realtor made the process go quite smoothly.
